Forge – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forge mobile application (“App”), operated by BRB Apps (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Forge is intended for users 13 years of age or older.

Upon launching the App, users must confirm age eligibility through an in-app age selection mechanism. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to access or use the App.

Age information is used only for eligibility verification and is not stored, recorded, or transmitted.

2. Purpose of the App

Forge is a self-help and habit-tracking application designed to support users in managing personal behaviors and building awareness.

The App does not provide:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological treatment

  • Professional or clinical services

The App is not a substitute for professional care.

3. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Post or share harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading content

  • Violate the privacy or rights of others

  • Disrupt or misuse the community features

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Anonymous Use

The App operates on an anonymous basis.
We do not require or collect:

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Passwords

Each user is assigned a randomly generated anonymous identifier that is not linked to any real-world identity.

5. Data Deletion

Users may permanently delete their data at any time via the Profile > Delete Data option within the App.

This action will permanently and irreversibly delete:

  • Streak and progress data

  • Check-in entries

  • Community posts

  • App preferences

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Subscriptions

If the App offers paid features, all purchases and subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store provider. Subscription management and cancellations are governed by the store’s terms and policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.”
BRB Apps shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective when published within the App.
